FAQ
HiCoach is completely free to use! It’s free to create a coach profile and start receiving student bookings. We only take a modest 5%+ 0.50 for each successful transaction so we only earn when we help you earn.
Yes—you’re in full control. You choose your hourly rate, create package deals, and offer discounts if you want.
Students can only book you during your available time slots. If they cancel late or don’t show up, you’ll still receive part or full payment based on our cancellation policy.
We’ve built in a wet weather policy. If a session is canceled due to rain, you still get paid for time completed (if partially conducted) prorated using your hourly rate. Our goal is to make it fair for everyone.
HiCoach captures payment when a student books and transfers it straight to you after the session is completed. No chasing, no awkward payment conversations
Absolutely. You can set your own availability and update it anytime. HiCoach works whether you coach full-time or just a few hours a week.

HiCoach connects you with students who already have access to tennis courts—so all you need to do is show up and coach. Most are motivated players looking to improve their game with regular training.
If students cancel
