How does HiCoach work?Coaches create profiles, set their availability, and manage bookings. Students browse available coaches, book sessions, and pay securely through the app. Both parties can communicate directly in the app.

What is HiCoach?HiCoach is a platform designed to connect students with top-tier coaches. It simplifies scheduling, payment, and communication.

What happens if there is a dispute in a session?HiCoach provides a dispute resolution process. Evidence such as chat history or session logs may be required to resolve the issue.

How do I get paid?Payments are processed securely and credited directly to your bank account. If a session is canceled within the penalty window, you will still receive compensation as per the policy.

How can I promote my services?HiCoach offers features like Hot Slots that will instantly let students know of any last minute availability so that you never have to miss an opportunity to fill your lesson schedule. We also continuously bring new students onto the application so that you will always have a fresh stream of students looking for coaching.

How do I set my availability?Coaches can set their range of available slots from the schedule tab on their profile page. HiCoach takes the range of timings and splits them up into 1 hour blocks so you can easily manage your schedule.

What is the wet weather policy?If a session is stopped due to wet weather before the 30 min mark, the student will be given a credit to reschedule the session, and you will get the payment for that class. For sessions that pass the 30 min mark, you will receive the full payment for the class and no credit will be given to the student.

How does the payment system work?Payments are made securely through the app using credit cards. You’ll even earn rewards on your payments, where applicable. In the event of an eligible refund, the amount will be refunded back to the same credit card.

What happens during wet weather or unforeseen conditions?If a session is disrupted due to weather or other conditions a credit is allocated that can be used with the same coach at a later date. If a session has lasted more than 30min, it is non-refundable.

How do I book a session?Simply search for coaches near you, view their profiles, and select an available time slot that works for you. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

Can I reschedule my session?Yes! You can reschedule a session directly through the app, provided it is outside the penalty window and the coach's availability allows it.

What happens if I need to cancel a session?navigate to the "Upcoming" page where you will be able to manage your upcoming sessions. Select the one you wish to cancel, enter your reason and submit the cancellation. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be fully refunded. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a penalty of 50% the total amount. For no-shows, the payment will be non-refundable.
